Septic tanks need to be pumped on a regular basis to ensure proper operation.
state and county governments now force home owners to have their tanks
pumped/inspected every 3 years by a certified pumper or plumber. Service
includes basic pumping of any and all tanks to remove sludge debris to keep your
septic running smooth and problem free. Also includes visual inspection with
mirror to check inlet and outlet baffles and the overall condition of your
septic tank. Rates vary based on the type of system you have.

slightly by location. The following services are offered at an additional
charge; Locating septic tank(s), Digging up septic tank cover(s), cleaning
system filters, tree root removal and septic tank treatment. Emergency Sunday
service may require an additional fee as well.
HOLDING TANKS
Holding tanks need to be pumped whenever they are full. Recently the state of
Wisconsin also put into effect a 3 year inspection policy on holding tanks as
well. In addition to being pumped whenever full, every 3 years your tanks must
be inspected visually by a certified pumper or plumber to ensure there are no
leaks or cracks allowing seepage into the ground. Some counties also require
reports showing how often and when a holding tank is pumped. Pumpers must fill
out forms for each customer and send them in. This is to help prevent
home-owners from pumping their tanks in other ways. Some counties also request a
semi-annual pumping form from us declaring how often each holding tank was
serviced and on what dates. We offer special discounted rates on pumping holding

Digging and locating of septic tank cover is not covered in base rate. Labor
rate is $80.00/hour
Tank inspections for any kind of real estate or finance/re-financing purpose starting at $225.00. Includes pumping, tank inspection, and drain field inspection.
Bacteria water testing starting at $75.00.Arsenic or Lead testing. Starting @ $60.00 each.

Drain Cleaning Have you ever

cause of sewer backups and possibly help us make a better decision so that
future backups can be avoided. Guarantees
of problem free operation after drain auguring services are complete may
be available, but only if we camera the sewer line after the blockage is

Older septic systems may start
to develop problems with the drain field. Over time drain fields start to
clog and do not accept as much (effluent) water as they did when new.
Sometimes this can be fixed by high pressure water jetting of the lines.
